Hi, I’m Kali! I’m super excited to meet you! I’ve always had an appreciation for music, but when I started taking band classes in junior high as a percussionist, music became a passion. So much so that I continued to play drums all through junior high and high school. I joined my schools marching band in 9th grade playing the tenor drums. I was promoted to Drum Major in my junior year and was in that role until graduation. Since then music has been such an important part of my life. I listen to it and try to play along as much as I can!

 

In my free time I enjoy reading fantasy books as well as drawing/painting. I am currently in the process of my tattoo artist journey. Art and music are so important to me and I have a goal to own my own studio and incorporate my love for music into that environment for everyone to experience. 

 

I have gone through many career paths from customer service to hospitality, building escape rooms, activity coordinating and event coordinating. I have never felt like I was the perfect fit. I’ve always wanted to be able to teach but college wasn’t for me, so I didn’t think that was in the cards. Having this opportunity to teach one of my passions while having the time to pursue my other passion is so amazing and I am so excited to be able to spend my time teaching you or your children something that changed my life!
