Allison Johnston is currently a student at Utah State University, completing her degree in Music Education with an emphasis in choir.
During her time in Cache Valley, she has been able to work with music teachers from schools in the district, such as Skyview High School, Mount Logan Middle School, and South Cache Middle School. She has also had the opportunity to work with the Cache Children’s Choir, creating fun musical learning environments for kids.
After graduation she plans to pursue a music teaching career and hopes to continue to inspire children with her love of music! She has been involved with music in one way or another her entire life, whether that was singing in church choirs since the age of 8, participating in community theatre productions from the age of 7, or standing around the piano at home singing songs and playing the clarinet.
Allison is passionate and excited about what she does and she hopes to share that same excitement with the students at the Music Academy of Utah!
