Matt Frame

Guitar, Bass, Ukulele, Drums, Beginning Piano, Trumpet

Matt Frame is a versatile musician who has been playing guitar for the past 11 years. He started on piano at age 6, but found his passion for the guitar when he was 12. Matt has also added ukulele, drums, trumpet, and bass guitar to his repertoire. As a fingerstyle acoustic guitar specialist, he has developed a unique playing style that is both technical and expressive. Matt also has experience as a vocalist, having served in school choirs throughout jr. high and High School. He is excited to share his love for music with children and adults at the beginner-intermediate level. With Matt as their teacher, students can expect a fun and engaging learning experience that combines learning theory with playing songs and styles that are exciting to them.

Outside of music, Matt is an avid leatherworker, photographer, and rock climber. He has three dogs, a Newfoundland named Laika, a Golden Retriever named Albi, and a Cavalier King Charles named Opie. Matt's love for creativity and adventure spills over into his teaching, where he encourages his students to explore their own interests and passions.
