Hello there! My name is Camy.

I dabble in a variety of instruments, but I’ve been playing the piano for about nine years now. Ever since I started, I’ve been taking piano lessons here at the Music Academy of Utah. I’ve been working at MAU for over four years as a lab aid, sub, and now teacher. So, even if you’re not in lessons with me, you’ll definitely see me around! I’ve always loved music, and I love getting to know other musicians. I played in a small church band for around six years, with small gigs at local restaurants, parties, and once at the Capitol. I’ve also done a tiny bit of choir and musical theater.

Outside of music, I’m an architectural design student at Weber State University. I’m looking to pursue a career in commercial architectural design or potentially work as an environmental artist for an animation studio. I love anything creative, especially visual art. I do almost everything from drawing to 3D modeling. I grew up playing lots of video games, and most of my favorite pieces to play on the piano are from games. I love Fortnite, Minecraft, Undertale, and so many others. If you ever want to trade Pokémon cards, let me know!
