The doors of music opened for me at the age of 8. This is when I joined a youth choir and started piano lessons. Reading music was second nature and I absolutely adore the magic of it to this day! By age 14, I was able to be an assistant piano teacher for one year teaching
beginning to intermediate piano students with the teacher that taught me. It was a privilege!

Other musical experiences:

French Horn
7th to 9th grade. I studied with a member of the Utah Symphony.

Piano
-Accompanied an all-state choir piece in 10th grade.
-Studied piano for a semester at USU-Eastern
-Chamber choir accompanist for 1 year in college

(at which time I joined the choir)

Voice
-Youth Choir beginning age 8-12.
-Musical Theatre productions: 4.

-Concert choir/show choir in High School.
-Chamber Choir in College.

Bio (Aside from Music):
Aside from Music, you will find me writing books, enjoying time with my family, attending junior rodeos that my niece is apart of, watching the birds and butterflies, helping within church communities, hitting the gym, and exploring nature. One of my favorite things is looking at the stars in the sky at the end of the day and knowing that we can all shine just like them.
