Ashley grew up in a small mountain town in Northern California. She discovered her love for music at a very young age and started taking voice lessons when she was 7 years old! As she got older she grew curious about other instruments and started exploring guitar, piano, and musical theater.

 

After high school, she continued her education and obtained her Associate of Arts in Commercial Music in 2021. Upon graduating she moved to Utah for an opportunity to teach music for Sistema - Utah (an after-school program that offers classical training at Title 1 schools).

 

After teaching for a couple of years, Ashley returned to school to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy at Utah State University. Through her classes, Ashley has learned how to not only be proficient in multiple instruments but how to master her craft in vocal performance as well. In music, she loves helping students find their voice and to show them how to have fun while learning!

 

When she isn't playing music you can find Ashley outside either skiing in the winter, climbing in the spring, hiking in the summer, or biking in the fall.
